The Global IP ConfEx witnessing 500+ participants will be a one-of-a-kind event in the legal and IP industry which will bring thought leaders representing Fortune 500 in-house counsel, law firm representatives and other legal and IP professionals under one roof. Thus there is a great learning and networking opportunity for the participants to avail at the IP ConfEx.

1. How many participants will be at the IP ConfEx?

We are expecting about 500+ participants at the Global IP ConfEx. This varies for each event/discussion at the Global IP ConfEx. Please write to us at info@events4sure.com if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from the day.

2. How do I get my registration badge?

You can collect your registration cum delegate badges from the registration desk – 8:00 am onwards.

3. What does the delegate badge entitles me to?

The delegate badge entitles you to :

  • Access to Panel Discussions
  • Delegate Kit
  • Certificate of Participation
  • PPTs of all the Sessions
  • Webinar Pass
4. When should I pay for the Global IP ConfEx?

Payment must be paid prior to the IP ConfEx date. Payment is due in full upon registration. Your entry to the event will not be guaranteed until payment has been received. All discounts will be applied to the main IP ConfEx only; fee (excluding addons) cannot be combined with any other offer, and must be paid in full at time of registration. Group discount is available to individuals employed by the same organization.

5. How should I pay for the Conference?

Payment can be made online by credit card or via wire transfer (net banking). Please see the registration page in detail.

6. What is the Global Exhibition Zone?

To help service providers showcase their expertise to the legal and IP buyer’s community, and to give the buyer’s ample opportunity to explore the range of services as well as options available in the legal space, there will be an exhibition area which we have designated as the Global Exhibition Zone.

7. How can I get to the venue?

The venue phone number as well as its address is listed within the conference information. Once registered, you will receive a IP ConfEx venue location map. Details are also available on the Venue page of this website. Please contact us if you require any further information or assistance.

8. What about accommodation?

The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee, unless specifically mentioned. To take advantage of our corporate accommodation rate, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to help.

9. Special Needs

If you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary restrictions that we may address to make your participation at our events more enjoyable, please do let us know when registering.

Exhibitor FAQs

The exhibition runs an integral part of the panel discussions. Exhibition is often a major initiative for our clients who are seeking to get the message out about their offerings. As an exhibitor your companies’ logo will appear alongside of the global leaders associated with best practices in this area. Events 4 Sure leverages multiple media outlets including bar association partners, online, direct mail, email, press releases and media partnerships to publicize the event. 1. Where is the Global Exhibition Zone?

The Global Exhibition Zone is located on the Lower Lobby level at the Hyatt Fisherman’s Wharf, San Francisco, USA.

2. Where do I check in and pick up my conference materials?

Exhibitors and sponsors check in at the Registration Desk located at the entrance of the Hyatt Fisherman’s Wharf.

3. What are the Global Exhibition Zone hours?

Exhibition display timings – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 17 November 2015.

4. Where do I need to wear my name badge?

Everywhere. There is a fee to replace lost badges.

5. What is the format of the exhibit space?

The exhibit space is in the form of a 6 ft. long table-top with 2 chairs.

6. When can I begin setting up my exhibit space?

The exhibit space will be set up by our exhibition setup teams in late evening hours, a day before the IP ConfEx takes place. Should you wish to decorate/modify your exhibit space, do let us know in time. We will be happy to have you there at 08:00 am on the event day, 17 November 2015. The dismantling of the exhibit setup takes place between 05:00 to 06:00 pm.
Events 4 Sure team will be onsite to assist with setup.

7. Can an Exhibitor be also a Sponsor or vice-versa?

Yes – there are number of ways an Exhibitor can be a Sponsor and vice-versa. Kindly visit the detailed sponsorship/exhibition opportunities available at the IP ConfEx.

8. Is there any way the Exhibitor can ship/mail all the requisite materials for setup before to the venue?

Yes – kindly send all the materials required for setting up 3 days before the conference takes place. Please ask one of our concerned team members for more details.

9. Can I plan a private networking session with the Participants?

Any time during the Global IP ConfEx from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. is open for private vendor networking events. 10. How do I order Global Exhibition Zone services?

Event 4 Sure will be the official service contractor for the Global Exhibition Zone. We will email you an exhibitor service kit with information on ordering equipment, phone service, LCD screen, Internet access, cleaning services and more at least 7 days prior to the conference.

11. Can I attend the educational sessions?

Yes.

12. Are meals included in my registration package?

Yes – meal tickets are granted to all the Exhibitors/Speakers/Sponsors.

13. What’s the dress code?

Get comfy! Prepare for a great networking experience in a casual atmosphere.

14. How can I tell if someone is a conference attendee?

Everyone is required to wear their conference badge at all times, and some will even have colored ribbons to identify various groupings (speakers, staff, participants, visitors etc.).

15. Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed in the IP ConfEx.

1. Do you think it is fruitful for me to sponsor the Expo?

In the IP ConfEx, we are expecting 500+ legal and IP professionals representing in-house counsel of Fortune 500 companies, global law firm participants from 15+ countries in order to educate and network with each other especially with their local and/or overseas counterparts. I believe this might intrigue you to sponsor the IP ConfEx and avail extended branding in the eyes of global key decision makers.

2. How are the speaking opportunities under Presenting Sponsorship defined? Is the topic decided by my firm?

It’s simple. You can either bring your organization or organization’s clients to the IP ConfEx with minimum 1 and maximum 3 as speaker/s opportunities. Now there are two ways you can go about this :

  • You can have all three speakers in one panel
  • Three Speakers in three different panels

The topic is given on the agendas of the IP ConfEx. You can however suggest your expert bullets points in the agenda page given they are relevant to the agenda

3. Does speakership mean a speaker? How many minutes a speaker normally speak? How many speakers an existing panel has? Is a speaker different from a panelist?

Yes, a speaker means availing speakership opportunity under sponsorship. This ensures your company’s projection as Thought Leader in the eyes of the participants, in-house counsel and other law firm partners. The panel discussions generally run for 60 min with minimum 4 speakers on board. Yes, a speaker is the panelist.

4. Can you provide me further information about the One–on–One Business Meetings at the IPConfEx?

The Global IP ConfEx provides you with ample oppotunities to fix your One-on-One Business Meetings with Global IP Professionals.

5. Can you provide me further information about Networking Partner – Standee Positioned in the main conference hall?

Bring one banner having your company branding on that; and we will put it in the IP ConfEx venue. This will ensure branding during the entire day and thus it remains a captive marketing element in the eyes of participants attending.

6. Can you provide me further information about Business Survey amongst Global Audience?

The IP ConfEx witnesses key decision makers having extensive expertise in legal and IP domains and therefore it can be a great opportunity for your company to get their opinion on various important matters. We can assist by making sure the questionnaire you bring gets the opinions of these participants. This could provide a great qualitative/quantitative research for you to assist in the business decisions.

7. Can you provide me further information about Conference Bag Sponsorship?

The Conference bag is the delegate kit which we provide to 500+participants who attend the IP ConfEx. This sponsorship opportunity will provide you an exclusive extended branding of your organization in the eyes of the participants. As per the arrangements, the delegate kit will have your logo engraved on it.
