1. Where is the Global Exhibition Zone?
The Global Exhibition Zone is located on the Lower Lobby level at the Hyatt Fisherman’s Wharf, San Francisco, USA.
2. Where do I check in and pick up my conference materials?
Exhibitors and sponsors check in at the Registration Desk located at the entrance of the Hyatt Fisherman’s Wharf.
3. What are the Global Exhibition Zone hours?
Exhibition display timings – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 17 November 2015.
4. Where do I need to wear my name badge?
Everywhere. There is a fee to replace lost badges.
5. What is the format of the exhibit space?
The exhibit space is in the form of a 6 ft. long table-top with 2 chairs.
6. When can I begin setting up my exhibit space?
The exhibit space will be set up by our exhibition setup teams in late evening hours, a day before the IP ConfEx takes place. Should you wish to decorate/modify your exhibit space, do let us know in time. We will be happy to have you there at 08:00 am on the event day, 17 November 2015. The dismantling of the exhibit setup takes place between 05:00 to 06:00 pm.
Events 4 Sure team will be onsite to assist with setup.
7. Can an Exhibitor be also a Sponsor or vice-versa?
Yes – there are number of ways an Exhibitor can be a Sponsor and vice-versa. Kindly visit the detailed sponsorship/exhibition opportunities available at the IP ConfEx.
8. Is there any way the Exhibitor can ship/mail all the requisite materials for setup before to the venue?
Yes – kindly send all the materials required for setting up 3 days before the conference takes place. Please ask one of our concerned team members for more details.
9. Can I plan a private networking session with the Participants?
Any time during the Global IP ConfEx from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. is open for private vendor networking events. 10. How do I order Global Exhibition Zone services?
Event 4 Sure will be the official service contractor for the Global Exhibition Zone. We will email you an exhibitor service kit with information on ordering equipment, phone service, LCD screen, Internet access, cleaning services and more at least 7 days prior to the conference.

Yes – meal tickets are granted to all the Exhibitors/Speakers/Sponsors.
13. What’s the dress code?
Get comfy! Prepare for a great networking experience in a casual atmosphere.
14. How can I tell if someone is a conference attendee?
Everyone is required to wear their conference badge at all times, and some will even have colored ribbons to identify various groupings (speakers, staff, participants, visitors etc.).
15. Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed in the IP ConfEx.
